Donation and refund reviews are described in the Refund and Donation Review Policy. Campaign concerns can be submitted through the Report a Fundraiser form or sent to report@fundriseme.com.

Our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy explains how rights holders can send notices and how users may respond.
Formal notices and contact
General, contractual, account, and privacy correspondence may be sent to contact@fundriseme.com. Safety, fraud, abuse, and campaign reports should be sent to report@fundriseme.com. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, banking credentials, or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.
Service operator information
FundRiseMe is the name of the online fundraising service. Any legally required company registration, registered address, tax, licensing, representative, or regulator information must be added to this page before services are offered in a jurisdiction that requires it.
