Standard platform fee
FundRiseMe currently charges a 0% standard platform fee for submitting a help request and for the standard publication and management of an approved personal campaign. Optional donor tips, where offered, are separate from the donation.
Payment-processing fees
The enabled payment gateway or wallet may deduct a percentage and/or fixed amount from a transaction. Exact fees can vary by gateway, currency, payment method, country, refund, dispute, and chargeback.
Campaign promotion costs
Promotion is campaign-specific. FundRiseMe may cover campaign advertising and production costs itself, resulting in a 0% campaign marketing deduction. Where agreed and disclosed in advance, documented campaign-specific advertising or production costs may instead be recovered from net proceeds under the applicable terms, or the 12% performance-promotion success fee may apply to completed donations received while that mode is active. Unless a campaign-specific disclosure expressly states otherwise, documented promotion-cost recovery and the performance-promotion success fee are not both charged for the same promotional activity.
No hidden campaign deductions
FundRiseMe will not silently introduce a new platform, marketing, production, administration, or promotion deduction. Any FundRiseMe amount that can reduce beneficiary proceeds must be disclosed before it applies. General operating overhead is not deducted from a campaign unless a specific campaign disclosure expressly states that arrangement and the applicant agrees before it applies. Third-party banking, currency, payment, refund, dispute, chargeback, or payout charges may still apply.
Gross raised versus net available
Public fundraising totals may show verified gross donations. The amount ultimately available for the beneficiary can be lower because of disclosed payment-processing costs, approved refunds, chargebacks, payout costs, and any campaign-specific marketing or production arrangement disclosed before it applies.
