No fraud, fabricated beneficiaries, false identities, misleading donation activity, unauthorized use of another person’s story, sanctions evasion, money laundering, illegal goods or services, bribery, trafficking, exploitation, terrorism, or violent wrongdoing.
Harmful content and conduct
No credible threats, targeted harassment, hate, doxxing, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, child endangerment, encouragement of self-harm, or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
Privacy and intellectual property
Do not publish sensitive personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate consent. Do not use copyrighted, trademarked, confidential, or proprietary material without authorization.
Platform manipulation
Do not create fake accounts, fabricate or simulate public donations, misstate donor identities or timing, manipulate rankings or totals, evade enforcement, scrape protected data, distribute malware, or interfere with service security.
Enforcement
We may restrict, investigate, remove, preserve, report, refund, suspend, or terminate activity based on available information, risk, payment-provider obligations, and applicable law.
