Campaign reports, fraud, abuse, and safety
Use the Report a Fundraiser form or email report@fundriseme.com. Include the campaign URL, specific concern, relevant dates, and supporting information.
Payment issue
Include the campaign URL, donation date, amount, currency, receipt or order reference, and the payment provider. Do not send a complete card number or security code.
Privacy request
Email contact@fundriseme.com with the subject “Privacy request,” your country or state, account email, the right requested, and relevant campaign or transaction. Identity verification may be required.
Immediate danger
FundRiseMe is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service before submitting a platform report.
