Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

FundRiseMe does not permit users to upload or use content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights.

Submitting a notice

Send a detailed notice to report@fundriseme.com identifying the protected work or right, the exact FundRiseMe URL and material, your contact details, the basis of ownership or authority, the requested action, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. Include a truthful statement and electronic signature where required by law.

Counter-notice

A user whose content is removed may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining why removal was mistaken or misidentified, consenting to any legally required jurisdiction, and providing a signature. Counter-notice procedures vary by jurisdiction.

Trademark and impersonation

Reports concerning misleading use of a name, logo, brand, organization, or personal identity should identify the rights claimed and explain how users are likely to be confused or harmed.

Repeat infringement and preservation

FundRiseMe may restrict or terminate repeat infringers and may preserve notices, account information, and content where reasonably necessary for disputes, legal obligations, and enforcement.
