FundRiseMe prepares and promotes approved campaigns
After a help request is approved, FundRiseMe creates and publishes the public campaign. Where useful and appropriate, our team may help prepare campaign photographs, short-form video, written creative, translations, landing-page material, and advertising assets. With the applicant or beneficiary’s consent, our team may also arrange an in-person visit when that is reasonably needed to verify the story or create accurate campaign media.
Where campaigns may be promoted
FundRiseMe may use paid and organic distribution across Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, Google advertising products, TikTok, search, video, display, and other suitable social or publishing channels. Channel choice, budget, creative format, audience, and duration are selected according to the campaign, available inventory, policy requirements, and expected effectiveness.
Who pays the marketing cost
Promotion arrangements are campaign-specific. In some cases FundRiseMe pays the advertising and production cost from its own budget, so no campaign marketing deduction applies. In other cases, only with prior disclosure and the applicant’s agreement, FundRiseMe may recover documented campaign-specific advertising or production costs from the campaign’s net proceeds, or may apply the disclosed 12% performance-promotion success fee where that option is used. No undisclosed marketing or administration deduction is permitted.
Selection is not automatic or guaranteed
Promotion may depend on policy compliance, beneficiary and applicant verification, urgency, clarity, creative suitability, geography, available budget, audience relevance, and expected performance. FundRiseMe does not guarantee impressions, clicks, donations, a particular amount raised, or achievement of a campaign goal.
Transparency comes first
If campaign proceeds may be reduced by a promotion arrangement, the applicable model must be disclosed before it applies. FundRiseMe keeps campaign and advertising records needed to reconcile verified gross donations, provider charges, refunds, agreed promotion costs, and the amount ultimately available for the beneficiary.
